The company is experienced in the delivery of site assessment (stage 1 and 2) services for land contamination.  Stage 1 assessments can typically be completed and reported to client within 72 hours of commission.

Ethos Environmental Ltd is independent of any laboratory, drilling/geo-technical service.  Where the Stage 1 investigation indicates a requirement for intrusive monitoring, we can advise the client on an appropriate specification for this.  We can assist the client in the selection of contractors for this work, and oversee the site works, as well as liasing with appropriate regulatory authorities (EA/SEPA, local authority, HSE). 

The company is not associated with any remediation technology or company, and can provide completely independent advice in this regard. We can undertake waste acceptance criteria monitoring to assist also in cost-effective designation/demarcation of site wastes, an area of increasing regulatory control and significance in terms of project risks (financial and programming)
